Power & Breath

Power Yoga & Deep Breathwork

Offered each Tuesday at 9:30 am EST, this online class is a combination of power yoga and deep breathwork.  We'll practice yoga for the first 45-50 minutes while starting to integrate the breath.  Then we'll finish off with a guided deep breathwork mediation.

Some yoga experience recommended.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is the method of using a continual breath pattern to help reconnect mind and body. Through breathwork we can begin to break down emotions that are held in the body so we can connect with our highest potential.  

Why is breathwork important?

It is not secret that most of us struggle with the everyday pressures of life.  We're busier than ever, and because we are often disconnected from our bodies it is easy to become overwhelmed with feelings and emotions that we don't know how to process. For many people our normal state is one of stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and worry.  What most of us don't know is that we have one of the most powerful tools for transformation and reconnection right inside of us in the form of our breath. 

I invite you to come breathe with me and reconnect with your own inner peace and wisdom. 

I am currently pursuing a certification in Breathwork Facilitation through Pause Breathwork and I am in the practicum stage.  At this time I am offering 30 and 60 minute sessions free of change.  I do ask that you please complete an evaluation and provide feedback after your session.
